The weekend of October 2nd and 3rd marked a revolutionary weekend in the player development community, with over 120 coaches making their way into Miami, Florida for our First Annual Player Development Conference. With over 30 states and 7 countries represented, coaches and trainers were able to learn from 8 of the best professionals in the world, all while networking with tons of likeminded people and enjoying the weekend in South Florida!

Drew Hanlen

Drew is the founder of Pure Sweat Basketball, and has worked extensively with NBA All-Stars including Bradley Beal, Jayson Tatum, Jordan Clarkson, and Zach Lavine. Not only has Drew built up these players and many more to a world-class level, but has done an amazing job educating thousands of coaches worldwide.

Paul Fabritz

Paul Fabritz of PJF Performance is widely regarded as one of the world's best strength and conditioning coaches. But what makes Paul so special is his understanding of the game, the skills side of the process, and the ways that strength and conditioning can supplement these components perfectly. Working with many high-level pros, Paul has established himself as an unbelievably knowledgeable trainer who also can apply his IQ at a world-class level.

Micah Lancaster

Micah is the founder of I'm Possible Training, and a pioneer in the field with his skill enhancement model. Through his innovative concept, techniques, and products, Micah has shifted the training landscape for the better in a number of ways and has certified many of the top trainers in every area globally to this day.

Devin Williams

Devin Williams of In The Lab is not only an unbelievable trainer, but a cultural icon in the basketball space. From the genesis of his 10,000 Hours series on YouTube, Dev has taken his ability to motivate, teach, and entertain, and carried it with him as he has formed an incredibly successful brand through In The Lab. Millions of hoopers worldwide are not only familiar with, but dedicated fans of Dev, and his influence in this space is unmatched.

Mike G

Mike Guevara, popularly known as Coach Mike G or @mrdoitmoving, is a world-class performance coach and consultant. Mike has worked with NBA teams, as well as individual players such as Jrue Holiday, Mike James, and Spencer Dinwiddie, to enhance the way they move, resist injuries, and ultimately perform on the court. Mike's knowledge and integration of skill acquisition into the performance space has pushed boundaries, and he has a ton of knowledge to share with on-court coaches and performance coaches alike.

Tim Martin

Tim boasts longevity with athletes that is not often seen in our field. For years, he has worked with a variety of high-level athletes, not only training them as they reach their prime, but helping them get there. Tim also has hosted and participated in camps, clinics, and conferences globally, sharing his knowledge with players and coaches across the world.

Coleman Ayers

Coleman is the founder of By Any Means Basketball, and along with training in the Miami area for five years, has been delivering unique and creative content to an audience of over 400k hoopers and coaches online. Coleman also recently opened a brand new gym, DETAIL Miami, in Miami Lakes, Florida.

Tyler LeClerc

Tyler is the founder of TJL Training. Tyler's approach is focused primarily around the game based approach in a group setting, this approach utilizes constraints to create the right environment for players to learn in. Tyler is also the owner of his own gym out in Massachusetts training players of all levels from pro all the way down to middle school.
